Puff pastry Salmon

In Italy there’s the tradition of having fish for dinner on Christmas’ Eve and New Year’s Eve. So, here we are with the perfect recipe: a puff pastry Salmon with zucchini. 

Cristina shows you how to prepare this beautiful and easy-making dish. It can be a different way to serve fish, which we bet will make the whole family happy (adults and kids).

Ingredients for 2 people:
– 2 packs of puff pastry @tantefannyteige
– 2 salmon fillets
– 1 zucchini
– Salt and pepper
– Extra virgin olive oil
