Yule Log Cake

Today we take you to France, because Cristina will show you how to prepare the Yule Log cake (Bûche de Noël).

It’s a French traditional cake that dates back to the 19th century. The cake represents the yule log that families would burn starting on Christmas Eve.

Our yule log cake is filled with an orange custard, covered with a ganache of dark chocolate and decorate with redcurrants and raspberries. It’s amazing, isn’t it?

Don’t be intimidated by this cake. It looks complicated to prepare, but if you follow Cristina’s instruction, you’ll be able to make it! This cake will make you look like a total cake boss in front of your family and friends without requiring you to actually be one 😉
