Tagliatelle with salmon and lemon zest

Sunday means tagliatelle! Today Cristina suggests us a very nice way to cook them, with salmon and lemon zest. 

If you have time, you can make your own handmade tagliatelle following our tutorial. An excellent alternative is to use the @giovanniranaita tagliatelle, as Cristina did in this case.

-350 gr tagliatelle @giovanniranaita
-200 gr fresh salmon 
-1/2 small onion 
-Lemon zest 
-Extra virgin olive oil


Add in a pan the chopped onion, together with extra virgin olive oil and let it cook for a couple of minutes. 
Add the salmon cut in small pieces. Let it cook for 5 minutes, season it with salt and pepper.
When the salmon is cooked, turn off the heat and add the lemon zest.

In a big pot cook the tagliatelle “al dente“. Drain the tagliatelle and add them to the pan mixing everything together.
