This stuffed focaccia can be ready in 30 minutes. Easy to make and so delicious. We filled it with ham and cheese but this recipe can be easily adapted depending on your personal tastes, and you could change the type of cheese, or use salame or mortadella in place of the ham. You could also make a vegetarian version including ricotta cheese and some cooked greens such as spinach, but just make sure that the greens are squeezed dry before you add them to the filling.

300 gr flour 550
170 ml water
1 bag baking powder (we used Pane degli Angeli for pizza and piadina – if you live in Frankfurt you can find it at Meta or Venos)
1 pinch of salt
1 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil
For the filling: 6 slices of ham and 6 of cheese
For cooking it:
2 pinches semolina and 2 spoons of olive oil to spread in the pan before cooking the focaccia
