Hand made pici with cauliflower and bacon

Pici is a thick, hand-rolled pasta from Tuscany. Regardless of how you sauce them, pici is the least high-tech way to make homemade pasta. They require no pasta machine, no rolling pin, not even any egg, just you, your hands, and a willingness to get a little messy.

INGREDIENTS for Pici

200 gr flour
100 g water 
1 spoon extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch of salt 

INGREDIENTS for Sauce

1/2 Purple Cauliflower 
100 Gr Bacon
1 Clove Of Garlic 
Salt 
Pepper
