La Piadina is a thin flatbread from EmiliaRomagna. To make it, you need just Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, Water, Lard or Olive Oil. Then you need to kneed and roll the dough and to give it the classic round shape.
Traditionally, Piadina was cooked on a flat terracotta plate that was warmed in wood ovens.
It’s the perfect wrap for all of your favourite fillings. Today we choose rucola, prosciutto and burrata.
