Crispy Sea Bream

This is a very easy way to prepare sea bream and to give it a twist. Even the kids skeptical about fish are going to love this dish… and adults too!

INGREDIENTS for the sea bream

4 fillets of sea bream 
100 gr of breadcrumbs 
1 brunch of parsley 
Lemon zest 
Extra virgin olive oil 

INGREDIENTS for the side

1 bunch of asparagus 
500 gr of potatoes 


Mix in a bowl the breadcrumbs and the parsley finely chopped. Then press firmly the sea bream filet into the crumbs in both side. Season with salt and pepper.

In a fry pan add 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and when hot add the fish together with 2/3 slices of lemon zest (to give it an extra flavor). Let it cook for a couple of minutes in each side until crispy. 

In the meantime clean the asparagus and sauté them. Peel the potatoes and cook them in a pan with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
