600 gr shrimps
150 gr red cherry tomatoes
150gr yellow cherry tomatoes
2 sticks of celery
Basil, salt, pepper
Extra virgin olive oil @anticofrantoioderitis
Clean the shrimps, pan fry them and season them with salt, pepper and lemon zest.
Let the shrimps cool down. In the meantime, cut the red and yellow cherry tomatoes together with the celery (it really gives an extra crunchiness). Add extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, the lemon zest and some basil.
