Torta della nonna

Today Cristina shows us how to make a perfect “Torta della Nonna” (Grandma cake), one of the most well-known Italian desserts. She has a special assistant: her beautiful daughter Alice.

Ingredients for the base of the cake:

-3 eggs

-150 gr sugar

-120 ml vegetable oil (sunflower)

-500 gr flour

-1/2 bag backing powder

For the filling:

-3 eggs yolk

-3 spoons sugar

-2 spoons flour

-500 ml milk
