– 400 gr flour
– 300 gr water
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 10 gr fresh yeast or 2 gr active dry yeast
In this video we eat the bread together with Italian prosciutto crudo (from a beautiful farm in Arezzo), cherry tomatoes and homemade pickles zucchini.
