-16gr baking powder
In a bowl mix the eggs with the sugar using an electric mixer. Soften the butter and add it to the mix. After that, add the flour one bit at the time. At the end add the baking powder. Cut 2 apples in small cubes and mix everything together.
As a decoration, cut one apple in thin slices and place them on top of the cake.
Bake at 180 c° for 40 minutes. Enjoy!
