Plum Tart

Summer is leaving, fall is coming, and this plum cake will help you to not feel so depressed. This Tart is an easy dessert that looks amazing on the table, and it is perfect for any occasion. Of course you can make it with any seasonal fruit, such peaches, cherries, apricots or apples.


1 egg
350 flour 
100 gr sugar 
80 ml vegetable oil
150 gr plum jam
500 gr fresh plumbs 
1/2 bag of baking powder 


Start mixing the egg with the sugar, then add the vegetable oil, flour and baking powder. Lightly knead the dough until the mixture holds together. Let it rest in the fridge for about 30 min. 
In the meantime, clean and cut the plums in half.

Now take the tart dough and with the help of a rolling pin roll out the dough (around 26 cm diameter). Place it in a bake pan. Then with the help of a spoon spread the jam and arrange the fresh fruits. Bake at 180 degrees for about 35 min.
