This vegan recipe was given to us by Alessandra’s sister. It’s a light, tasty and easy making cocoa cake.

In a bowl mix together:
– 360gr flour

-90 gr sugar

-8 spoons cocoa powder

-2 teaspoons baking soda

-1 pinch of salt.

Make 3 holes in the mixture and put:

-12 spoons of seeds oil in the 1st hole (the biggest one)

-2 spoons of apple cider vinegar in the 2nd hole (the medium one)

-4 teaspoons of vanilla extract in the 3rd hole (the smallest one).

Pour 500 ml water all over the top (you can also use soy milk instead) and stir.

Bake at 170* for 30-40 minutes.
