I love when I wake up in the morning and I remember that for breakfast I can have a slide of a homemade cake. It’s a wonderful sensation, isn’t it?
Today Cristina shares with us her two-color bundt cake recipe. It’s a soft and fluffy cake, scented with chocolate. It’s going to make you smile every morning.
-300 gr flour
-300 gr sugar
-150 gr butter
-200 ml milk
-1 bag of baking powder
-30 gr cocoa powder
In a bowl beat the eggs and the sugar with an electric mixer. Add the melted butter, milk, flour and baking powder.
Split the mixture in half and add the cocoa powder to one half. Pour the plain mixture in the baking pan and then add on top the dark one, without mixing the two layers.
Bake in the oven for 40/45 min at 180 degrees.
