Light Cocoa Muffins

Today Chef Alice – Cristina’s second daughter – shows us how to make light cocoa muffins (no butter, no milk). 

This is a perfect recipe when you have some leftover egg whites from an only-yolks dish, such as a Carbonara.

-170 gr flour
-100 ml sunflower oil
-3 egg whites
-150 gr sugar
-30 gr cocoa powder
-16 g baking powder
-150 ml water
