Polenta alla bolognese

Polenta is a classic of the Italiancuisine that never goes out of style. It can be seasoned with great variety of sauces, and today we choose the ragù alla bolognese… another classic! The highest point in the polenta tradition is to consume it on the wooden board, placed on the common table with all the family around.

1,5 l of salty water 

INGREDIENTS for bolognese sauce

1 onion
2 carrots 
300 gr ground beef
300 gr of tomato purée
1 glass of white wine
Extra virgin olive oil
