INGREDIENTS for the base if the cake
140 gr sugar
60 gr milk
50 gr sunflower oil
8 gr baking powder
INGREDIENTS for the custard
500 gr milk
75 gr sugar
40 gr flour
1 lemon zest
INGREDIENTS for the topping
300 gr strawberry
300 gr blueberry
100 for raspberry
For the base of the cake Saparate the egg whites and beat them until stift. Set aside.
Put the yolks and the sugar in a bowl and mix it with an electric mixer for 5 minutes. Then slowly add the egg whites and mix it very delicately with a spatula. Then add the flour and baking powder a bit at a time, stirring very softly. Put it in a baking tray for cakes and bake it at 180* for 20 min.
When the cake is ready, let it cool down.
For the custard Put the yolks, sugar and flour in a pot. Mix it until it’s creamy. Add the milk and turn the heat on. Keep stirring all the time until the custard reaches the right consistency (not too liquid, not too thick). Add the lemon zest. Put aside and let it cool down a bit.
Assembling Put the custard on top of the cake and decorate with fresh fruits.
