Strawberry Tiramisù

Strawberry Tiramisu, a fast and easy no bake Dessert. Made with fresh strawberries and mascarpone. No coffee or liqueur makes this the perfect dessert for everyone. An Italian Classic!


300 gr Savoiardi or Pavesini
1 kg of strawberry 
4 eggs
400 gr mascarpone cheese
4 spoons of sugar 
1 lemon 
2 spoons of sugar for the syrup


Start cleaning the strawberries and cut them in pieces, then add the juice of the lemon and two spoons of sugar. Let them rest for 30 min. After this time, it will be a lot of juice in the bowl that you will use to soak the savoiardi in.

Break the eggs and separate the yolks from the eggs white. With an electric mixer whip the eggs white until they are firm (try to put the bowl upside down and see if they are firm enough). Then add 4 spoons of sugar in the bowl with the yolks and whip them with an electric mixer for 5 minutes. The mixture has to be very firm, then add the mascarpone cheese. Try not to mix too much. After that with the help of a spatula add the eggs white to the mixture of yolks, mascarpone and sugar. Carefully mix from the bottom to the top. 
Now we are ready to assemble our tiramisù.

Take a nice glass (or a jam jar is a nice idea) and start adding a bit of the mascarpone mixture then the savoiardi soaked in the juice of the strawberries and the strawberries, repeat the process until you reach the top of the glass.
