Roses Pan Brioche

Let’s start our week with this “roses pan brioche” recipe.
This homemade brioche is heaven when it comes out of the oven! It has a soft and fluffy texture, and two different sweet flavors (Nutella and fruit jam) to make everybody happy. 


1 egg
80 gr sugar
200 ml milk 
120 ml vegetables oil
500 gr flour 
Fresh yeast 8 gr
Vanilla aroma 
Fruit jam 


In a bowl add the warm milk together with yeast and the vanilla aroma, then add the egg, the sugar and the vegetable oil. 

Start adding the flour a bit at the time and work the dough until you have a nice smooth consistency. 

Place your dough in a bowl, cover with a film and let it rise for about 2 hours or until it double up. 

Roll out the dough in a floured surface (1 cm think). Make a rectangle shape and cut some strips about 20×4 cm. 

Spread the Nutella on some strips and the jam on others strips and roll them up. 
Place the roses one close to the other in an ovenproof dish and let them rise again for 30 min. 
Bake at 170 degrees for 30 min.
